Congratulations to the 2nd graders!!! They filled the bead jar for the 2nd week in a row. For this week's award, they voted for Outside Toy Day. So what does this mean? If they have permission, they may bring any toy that is used outside. Yes, that means that toys with wheels may come to school. If they choose to bring a wheeled toy, the student must also wear a helmet. Here at Lincoln we have bike racks on the West side of the school and behind the gym for your use. If it is something like a skateboard or scooter, the student may bring it into our classroom. Finally, your child does not need to bring a toy but can also use this time as an extra recess and play on the playground equipment. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
Thank you!!!
