Week of Nov. 30, 2020 

11/30	We have Media Center.    Homework:  Practice for math center and read your word list
12/1	We have Math Center and SEL.
12/2	We have gym.
12/3	We have art.
12/4	We have music.

Word Work: Our class will be learning about the long i digraph syllable pattern this week. The following words are examples of this pattern: light, sigh,tie, and pie. Students should read their word lists, discuss the meaning of the words, and practice spelling words with similar syllable patterns. Spelling City is ready for students to access the practice list for the week. 

Holiday Gift Ideas:  If you are looking for gift ideas for your child this holiday earbuds or headphones for computer work, colored pencils, small pencil sharpener, writing journal/diary, and books make wonderful gifts.
